(1) Boiling disinfection method. The boiling method is reliable and simple. Put the grill net in a stainless steel disinfection basket and soak it in water. Boil the water for 10 minutes. If the tableware has been used by hepatitis patients, it should be boiled for 10 minutes, then taken out, washed and boiled for 10 to 15 minutes.


(2) Soaking disinfection method. There are many drugs used to disinfect tableware, and you must choose those with approval numbers from the health department. Disinfectant water can be prepared in a small proportion according to the instructions for use, and the disinfection soaking time is about 5 minutes.


(3) Steam disinfection method. Place the cleaned grill net in a stainless steel sterilization basket, put it in a steam cabinet or box, and sterilize it for 5 to 10 minutes when the temperature rises to 100°C; use a pot to add water and boil it to produce a large amount of steam for sterilization, which is also very effective, but it will cause the tableware to be covered with water alkali, which is also a good sterilization method.


(4) Sterilization cabinet sterilization method. Sterilization cabinet sterilization uses ozone and far infrared rays. Put the grill net in the sterilization cabinet, turn on the button, and turn it off and cool it down after 15 to 20 minutes.
